Terms of Service

Keyetm is a marketplace that helps buyers and sellers in Ethiopia discover listings for properties, vehicles, furniture, machinery, and tech. Keyetm does not own listed items, does not guarantee transactions, and is not a party to deals between users. Sales and rentals are arranged directly between buyers and sellers, typically via Telegram.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile up to date. A verified phone number is required for every account before you can place orders, post listings, or sell on Keyetm. You may need to verify your email before adding a phone number. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts in Ethiopia. One phone number may be linked to one account.

Sellers must post truthful descriptions, real photos, and fair prices. Listings are subject to moderation before publication. Prohibited content includes fraud, illegal items, misleading claims, and duplicate spam listings. Keyetm may remove, reject, or archive listings that violate these rules or applicable law.

Buyers must verify their phone number before checkout. Verify listings, inspect items in person where possible, and use safe payment practices. Keyetm does not handle payments between users in the current version of the platform. Report suspicious listings or behaviour to support@keyetm.com.

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform; impersonate others; harass users; or attempt to circumvent moderation or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

Keyetm is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keyetm is not liable for losses from transactions between users, listing accuracy, or service interruptions. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
