Privacy Policy

When you sign in we receive your Firebase account identifier, name, email (if provided by Google sign-in), and phone number. When you post a listing we store listing content, photos, location fields, and your contact phone shown to buyers. We also store favorites, saved searches, notifications, and agent reviews you create on the platform.

We use your data to operate the marketplace: authenticate you, display listings, enable Telegram contact, send in-app notifications (including saved-search alerts and listing status updates), moderate content, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Published listings display seller name and phone number to buyers so they can contact you on Telegram. Agent profiles show public stats and reviews. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and may use cloud hosting providers to store data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the platform.

The web app uses essential cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions and preferences (such as language). We may use analytics in the future to understand usage; if we do, we will update this policy.

We retain account and listing data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. We apply industry-standard security measures, but no online service is 100% secure. You can request account deletion by contacting support@keyetm.com.

You may update your profile, manage saved searches and notification preferences, and contact us to ask questions about your data. For privacy requests email support@keyetm.com. We may update this Privacy Policy; the date at the top will change when we do.
